Service includes a thorough cleanse, scalp refresh, braid and track inspection, tightening where needed, drying, and styling to help extend the life of your install while maintaining a flawless appearance. Maintenance appointments must be booked within 5 weeks of your original installation. Installs worn beyond 6 weeks require a new installation service rather than maintenance.

Ready for a fresh start? Our Sew In Removal service carefully removes your installation while helping to preserve the health and integrity of your natural hair. Tracks and thread are gently removed, followed by light detangling to help release shed hair and prepare your hair for its next service. Perfect for clients transitioning into a new install, treatment, silk press, or natural style. Taking down your sew in properly helps minimize unnecessary tension, tangling, and breakage.

Keep your K Tips looking seamless, refreshed, and well maintained between appointments. This service includes a wash, Deep Steam Conditioning Treatment, bond check, light bond cleanup, removal of naturally shed hair around the bonds, and styling to help maintain a polished, natural looking result. Regular maintenance helps prevent tangling, keeps the bonds comfortable, and extends the overall appearance of your installation. K Tip Removal includes careful bond removal, detangling, and light cleanup to help protect your natural hair during the removal process. Additional time may be required for high density installs, excessive buildup, matting, or K Tips not originally installed by SilkyNYC.
